Kenworth PremierCare Express Air Conditioning Service Available at Participating Kenworth Dealers
Proper air conditioning system maintenance can keep drivers cool and comfortable in their trucks during hot weather and also help to prevent costly repairs.
Kenworth PremierCare® Express Air Conditioning Service is available at participating Kenworth dealers in the United States and Canada. The basic service provides a complete air conditioning system evacuation and recharge, receiver dryer replacement, compressor oil top-off, and up to five pounds of refrigerant. During the premium 27-point inspection, Kenworth dealer service technicians check AC air flow and controls, belts and hoses, discharge and suction lines, electrical connections, compressor, evaporator/heater coil, and condenser coil, among other items.
"Kenworth dealers provide Kenworth PremierCare Express Air Conditioning to help prepare all makes of trucks for hot weather. Customers especially appreciate the fast service, which only takes about an hour," said Chris Harvey, Kenworth PremierCare marketing manager for service.
The Kenworth PremierCare program offers additional services. Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLube Service is available for heavy and medium duty trucks at participating Kenworth dealers in the United States and Canada. The service offers a four-filter oil change, complete chassis lube and 20-point vehicle inspection.
Kenworth PremierCare Connect streamlines parts ordering by electronically linking customers with their preferred Kenworth dealer.
In addition, the Kenworth PremierCare Customer Center (1-800-KW-ASSIST) is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service requires no registration fee for emergency roadside assistance, or to schedule maintenance, and is available to any truck brand.
